MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

Main tasks and responsibilities

The main purpose of the position is to coordinate our Swedish projects within marketing and to be an active part of VELUX journey to the next level. With high ambitions the Swedish marketing team are in need of a flexible and outgoing person who can work independently. This position is very interesting as it provides the opportunity to work within a complex and fast-moving marketing context, within various marketing activities. The main tasks and responsibilities will include: 

• Project management
• Digital marketing coordination (press releases, SoMe activities and website)
• Campaign execution (translations, images, texts, SoMe and POS)
• Internal and external marketing communication (campaigns, presentations, ads, images and newsletters)
• Events and activities (coordinate marketing activities)
• Other day-to-day marketing communication 

The position is full-time and based in Helsingborg. You will report to our Marketing Manager in Sweden and you will work in close corporation with the Swedish Sales Team and the Nordic Marketing Team. The position might include some traveling with in Scandinavia and on rare occasions also within Europe. Driving license is a plus. 

Experience and personality

You have a university degree in marketing or equivalent and at least three-five years of relevant work experience. Interest in and understanding for technical products is a plus and experience from the building industry is meritorious. You are able to manage Photoshop and InDesign on a practical level and you can handle all the MS Office programs. You can express yourself fluently in both English and Swedish. Understanding of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage. 

As a person you are high-performing, results-oriented, flexible and creative. You are also project oriented, able to work structured and outgoing. You find it easy to communicate, make presentations and build lasting relationships.
