Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

• Gather and maintain product and technical information.
• Create product specifications.
• Secure that product information is up to date.
• Coordinate and lead the product change request and implementation process.
• Analyze current products to identify product differences, standardizations and cost reduction potentials.
• Make product trainings for the organization. 

The position is full time and based in Forserum (Sweden) or in Herning (Denmark). You will be part of the Northern Europe R&D team (11 persons in total, three located in Forserum, three in Åstorp and three in Denmark) and you report to the head of Product Development/Time to Market (located in Estonia). 

Background and personal qualities

You have either relevant work experience, at least 2-3 years, within the building material industry and/or graduated with a Bachelor in Engineering. We require a very good technical understanding. 

You have good computer Office 365, SolidWorks and ePDM skills. Furthermore, you can express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in Swedish or Danish and your English skills are very good. 

As a person you are detailed-oriented, organized and a team player. You think strategically, have good problem solving skills and a proactive approach. You do also have the ability to multitask and have good interpersonal communications skills.
