BoMill is entering an exciting phase with the international launch of its new revolutionary grain sorting solution named BoMill InSight™. The company has ambitious goals when it comes to sales and profitability. To support our expansion, we are now looking for our Head of Sales based at our headquarters in Malmö. Responsibilities

Your main focus will be on new customers in the grain processing industries (e.g. malting/brewing, flour milling etc) in Europe and in the Americas. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  

  • Identify and develop new and relevant customers/markets/distributors/collaborations.
  • Deliver excellent business results.
  • Deliver against budgets and sales targets.
  • Negotiate with industrial customers.
  • Support and guide our customers through the sales process.
  • Provide the team with relevant requests/input from the customers.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and new sales strategies.

The position is full time and based in Malmö (Vintrie). You will be part of our Management Team and report to our CEO. A private situation that allows many days of travel abroad is an absolute requirement.

Personality and qualifications

Furthermore, you are humble, confident, and brave. You are also eager to learn, set high quality standards and are confident setting your own goals and visions based on the overall goals.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A relevant education.
  • Documented good experience in international sales and solution selling (outside Northern Europe).
  • Experienced in relevant technical sales and in business development.
  • Professional knowledge in English (good knowledge in Spanish is meritorious).
