MANAGER WITHIN PLANNING AND SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYSIS - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

Right now, we are looking for a Manager within Planning and Supply Chain Analysis for our Outsourced Production department. This is a great opportunity! THE ROLE

As Manager within Planning and Supply Chain Analysis you will lead and develop the function. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop planning processes and ways of working.
• Manage selected strategic improvement initiatives within the supply chain area.
• Analyze raw material price development and currency fluctuations impacting costs - propose suitable actions.
• Be responsible for implementation and follow up of KPIs.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence/IT around tools that further enhances Duni Group’s BI in the Supply Chain area.
• Monitor, analyze and follow up stock levels, turnover rates, and delivery performance - propose phase out of low performing articles.
• Coach and develop your team.

The position is full-time and based at our Headquarters in Malmö (remote a couple of days a week is optional). You will report directly to our Supply Chain Director and be part of the Outsourced Production Management Team. You have personnel responsibility of two employees within Planning.

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe you hold a Master of Business Administration or a Master of Science and have at least five years of relevant experience within the area of business control, planning and analysis. Proven track record in delivering good business results as well as proven understanding of planning and control are mandatory. You have extensive experience of analysing, concluding, and recommending actions. 

Since English is our corporate language, we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with our international colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

You are a competent user of BI-tools and a very skilled user of Excel.    

Experience within the FMCG industry is meritorious as well as managerial experience. 

Your personality is characterized by efficiency, accuracy, business interest and analytical ability. You are also energetic, goal-oriented and a skilled communicator and presenter.
